ABOUT THE WEBSITE

TripJammin's intention is to help you meet new friends whether you're at home, out of town, away on vacation, or planning a future trip.

The website is provided "as is", and We reserve the right to modify, remove, or add features and functionality as seen fit. The website is free to use, at your own risk.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website. By signing up, you are are agreeing that you are 18 years of age or older.

CONDUCT

We reserve the right to remove your account/profile from the website at our own discretion if: you attempt to use the account/profile for the purpose of sending spam, scam or deceitful messages to other members, advertising, or personal gain, you upload pornographic/offensive photos, or you offend other members with slanderous, abusive, or defamatory statements, or racist, pornographic, obscene, or offensive language. If We remove your account/profile, you will be notified by email.

You will not attempt to distribute or upload viruses, modify the website, or do anything that might cause harm to the website and it's systems in any form.

PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION

We DO NOT share your personal information with anyone. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Never share it with other people. When messaging with other members, do not give out your personal information or financial information. When you leave the website, always use the "Log Out" link at the top of the page to terminate your session properly and clear your information.

You agree to receive occasional TripJammin news and update messages via your personal email that you use to create your TripJammin account.

INTERACTION WITH OTHER MEMBERS

You are responsible for your own actions when communicating or meeting with other members of the website. You agree to use caution when meeting people online through the website, or if you decide to meet them in person. We will not be held responsible for any damages whatsoever resulting from interaction with any of the website's members.
